Ordering and Shipping procedures for Nefful Malaysia

Notes:

  1. Delivery charges will be based on total amount and location of delivery.Delivery charges shall be borne by member.
    Courier fees

    Distributor Kits 1-6 kits is RM 30 (over 6 kits)
    each need to pay RM 7 per kits

    7 kits and above provide delivery
    (Product code: MY88CH/MY88EN each RM180, included courier fee)
    * Strictly no delivery for 7 kits and below
    Products Over RM 6,000 and above courier fee is FREE! RM12,000 and above courier fee is FREE!
    Products RM1-RM5,999 need pay courier fee RM 30 RM1-RM5,999 need pay courier fee RM100
    RM6,000-RM11,999 need pay courier fee RM 65
    NS02 RM1.00 per bottle ; RM20 per box RM6 per bottle ; RM140 per box
    NS03 RM2.00 per bottle ; RM20 per box RM12 per bottle ; RM140 per box
    * Sorry for not providing " additional delivery " service
  2. No order for any out-of-stock product will be accepted by the company.
  3. When the amount in the faxed order form differs from the amount printed by the IT department, the company will inform the purchaser later for amendment.
  4. Order paid with credit card in person can be picked up after approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Proof of payment by credit card should be faxed to the company before 5pm to facilitate processing.
  6. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 7.00 pm.
  7. Time to pick up: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 6.00 pm.
  8. Delivery time on closing date of sales: 9.30 am - 5.00 pm.
  9. Closed on stock taking date.
  10. Display Room Open from 9.30am - 6.00pm
