1. You must provide the following:
A.
Original copy of invoice (2nd copy of the invoice)
B.
Products to be returned.
C.
Accesories such as label, clip, box, cardboard, quality inspection certificate, and ect.
 
2. Time limit for exchange of products
A.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date (Inclusive of Saturday and Sunday)
B.
If the expiration date fails on an official public holiday, the expiration date will be extened to the following business day. For returned items sent by mail, the actual expiration date will be based on the postmark.
Example : If a product was purchased on 18th August 2006, the expiration date for returned fell on 31st August 2006 (a public holiday in Taiwan) and the actual expiration date was 1st September 2006.
 
3. Value of exchange product
  The value of the exchanged product shall be equal to or more than the original product shall not exceed RM200.
 
4. Method of exchange
A.
By mail : The expiration date is based on the postmark. Postage is paid by customer for both ways.
B.
By picking up : 9.30 am to 12.00 am / 1.00 pm to 6 pm.
 
Notes :
  1. As most of the Company's products are undergarments, for hygiene purpose, any product which has been worn, washed, discolloured or dored or damaged shall not be excharged. No exchange is allowed for unpacked or opened Nefful Natural Detergent and Face soap.
  2. Any product to be ecchanged mst be accompanied with the original invoice. The product must be the same as started in the invoice in terms of color, and quality. Each product can be exchanged once only and an exchanged productwill be indicated as "Exchanged Product" in the and cannot be exchanged againn.
  3. No partial exchange is allowed when a product to be exchanged is out of stock. The product will be fully exchanged when there are stocks.
  4. Customers must state their names, addresses and contact numbers when exchanging pruducts for future contacts.
  5. Upon the verification of a product for exchange, customer shall go through the exchange process similiar to that of the ordering process.
  6. Customer should double check the exchanged product upon receipt and contact the Company on the follwing business day if there is any queries.
